We found communication via text and phone to be excellent, with very quick and helpful responses. However, we noticed that messages sent through the Booking.com platform were not as responsive. The highlight of the stay would be the host, they were flexible and granted us extended hours on our check out day - Thank you for that!
Overall, we appreciated the stay; however, there are a few areas where small improvements could further enhance the experience. The room would benefit from a more detailed cleaning prior to arrival, as we noticed some dust and cobwebs. The dishwashing sponge also appeared somewhat dirty, and the kitchen setup felt slightly limited, with a few utensils and plates missing. Addressing these minor points would make the stay even more comfortable for future guests.

Es gab 2 große gemütliche Betten und eine sehr große Küche. Es war mit 2 kleinen Kindern ein gelungener Aufenthalt
Andere Gäste waren laut im Treppenhaus, während der Bierwoche verständlich, daher alles super. Die Tür könnte besser den Lärm abhalten aber den Moment hält man aus.

Die Terrasse
Kein Kabelfernsehen, beim Waschbecken im Bad nur eiskaltes Wasser, bei der Badewanne nur heißes Wasser (nicht einstellbar), das gesamte Appartement gehört mal gründlich saubergemacht vor Allem der Boden und die Küche. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte verbessert werden. (Kochlöffel, scharfe Messer, grosse Tassen, tiefe Teller, große Töpfe, Pfannen die noch in Ordnung sind).
