Welcome to our vacation rental “Above the Roofs of Forstlahm/Kulmbach”
Enjoy a relaxing stay in a quiet location with a magnificent view—while also benefiting from the immediate proximity to downtown Kulmbach and excellent transportation connections.
An outdoor staircase leads you to the vacation rental’s separate entrance area. After just a few steps, you’ll enter the open-concept living area, which immediately makes you feel at home with its cozy chalet charm and impressive view.

The spacious apartment can accommodate up to five people. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to three guests. In addition, the open-concept living area features a cozy sleeping nook with a French double bed, which accommodates two more guests.
The large wooden terrace offers plenty of space for breakfast, dinner, or a glass of wine in the evening.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom features a shower, a bathtub, a washer-dryer, and a hair dryer.
Of course, we provide towels and linens free of charge so you can enjoy your stay from the very first minute.

Forstlahm boasts an attractive location: downtown Kulmbach is just a 5-minute drive away. At the same time, you’ll benefit from excellent access to the highway, making it easy to reach nearby towns quickly:
Kulmbach city center: approx. 5 minutes Bayreuth: approx. 20 minutes Bamberg: approx. 30 minutes Nuremberg: approx. 50 minutes
Local amenities also leave nothing to be desired: A bakery is located just about 100 meters away, and the butcher shop—which has an attached restaurant—is only about a 150-meter walk away. The bus stop with city bus service is also in the immediate vicinity (approx. 150 meters) and provides convenient access to the public transit network.
