The approx. 97 m² holiday flat is quietly located on the upper floor with a wonderful view of the Rodach. Three bright bedrooms offer all guests sufficient retreat possibilities. The first two bedrooms are each furnished with a comfortable double bed, the third with a single bed and a sofa bed for one person. The cosy living room with satellite TV invites you to relax. A games console can be provided on request, while books and games provide entertainment in rainy weather. The modern bathroom has a shower, bathtub, hairdryer and washing machine. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and has a dishwasher, cooker with oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc. The dining table invites you to eat and enjoy a cosy get-together.

Relax on your large, sunny balcony with garden furniture and parasol. The shared garden invites you to relax and barbecue. The flat can be combined with our ground floor flat for up to 10 people. We would be happy to make you a non-binding offer.

There are hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area. Our region was honoured last year as "Wanderbares Deutschland". Hiking trails lead right past the house. A bakery is only a few minutes' walk away.
