About this apartment rental
We are happy to rent our apartment in Mainleus to you. The apartment is suitable for 2 - 4 people, has a separate entrance and is located in a quiet residential area in Mainleus, just a stone's throw from Kulmbach.
Mainleus is the ideal starting point for excursions to the highlights of Upper Franconia, such as the Fichtelgebirge, the Franconian Forest, the Franconian Switzerland and the cultural cities of Bayreuth, Bamberg and Coburg. For relaxation, the nearby thermal baths, z. B. the Obermain Therme at Bad Staffelstein.
Our apartment is located on the first floor of our two-family house. The apartment consists of a large living room with comfortable dining area, a large bedroom with double bed and another smaller room with sofa (extendable and usable as a sofa bed for two persons). The spacious bathroom has a shower and a bath and toilet. In the fully equipped kitchen four people have enough space at the kitchen table. You can relax in the balcony equipped with an awning, table and chairs.

Als erfahrene Nutzer von Ferienwohnungen wissen wir so Manches in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr zu schätzen:
Die Vermieter geben unaufdringlich zu verstehen, dass man willkommen ist. Das ist für den Aufenthalt sehr wertvoll. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut in Schuss, d.h. es ist nicht nur alles sauber sondern auch intakt und es ist auch an viele nützliche Dinge gedacht. Die Lage war für unser Bedürfnis nach ruhigen Tagen ausgezeichnet.

Wir haben selten so eine tolle und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung erlebt. Vom Empfang bis zur Abfahrt. Wir wurden mit einem Obst- und Naschereienkorb und eine Auswahl an Getränken begrüßt. Es gibt wikrlich rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. Alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt ist da. Es ist sauber und gemütlich. Sogar das Kinderzimmer istbsuoer ausgestattet. Mit Comics, Spielautos und diversen Brettspielen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Mainleus. Einen sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreicht. Jedes beliebte Ziel lässt sich wunderbar erreichen (wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs). Das Auto kann man bequem im Carport vor dem Haus parken. In der Wohnung liegen zahlreiche Broschüren aus, es macht also nichts wenn man unvorbereitet anreist.
Wir waren eine Woche hier und es war zu kurz. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und danken Familie Ruppert sehr.

Noch nie waren wir in so einer super ausgestattet Ferienwohnung, es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir hätten direkt einziehen können. Auch (Kinder) Spiele /Bücher und Spielsachen gab es. Die Eulen die überall zu finden sind haben unserem Sohn sehr gefallen. Einen schönen Balkon mit Markise gab es auch.
Sehr nette Vermieterin, super Kommunikation, ganz arg sympathisch und lieb. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Ruhig und doch schnell auf der nächst größeren Bundesstraße. Läden gibt es auch in der nähe. Genial waren auch die vielen Infomaterialien und Prospekte, super zum Ausflüge planen. Uns hat es wunderbar gefallen und wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
