About this apartment rental
Our newly built residence features our Swiss stone pine apartment on the first floor.
Lochau is idyllically situated on the edge of Franconian Switzerland, between Bayreuth, Kulmbach, and Bamberg.
The Obernsee Thermal Baths, featuring a large sauna area, are just 6 km away.
There are no through roads leading to our property, so your children can play freely without any worries.
It’s just the right place for families, adventurous nature lovers, those seeking relaxation, and travelers looking to enjoy themselves.
The Lochau Vacation Farm is located right next to us, and guests are welcome to use its playground and farm grounds
as well. For our younger guests, there’s a large
playground and plenty of vehicles to ride and play with.
As for amusement parks, there’s the Playmobil Park, Thurn Castle, or Geiselwind to explore.
If you simply want to enjoy nature, you can explore the Kuckucks hiking trails through Lochau.
You can also visit the cities of Bayreuth, Kulmbach, Bamberg, and Nuremberg with
their numerous sights.
For shopping, you can visit the Rotmain Center in Bayreuth or, for the little ones, the
Sigikid Outlet Store in Mistelbach.

Swiss Stone Pine Apartment in Lochau:
Our Swiss stone pine apartment is located on the first floor of our newly built residence.
The apartment has its own barrier-free entrance (front door).
This high-quality apartment has been lovingly furnished with solid oak and Swiss stone pine furniture.
The wood used for the bedroom furniture has been left untreated so that the scent of the Swiss stone pine can fully develop.
This creates a very pleasant indoor climate in the bedroom and promotes restful sleep.
The apartment has one bedroom and a guest bed.
If needed, a guest bed or a crib can be set up in the bedroom.
The large living area features a sofa bed for two people.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and ample storage space.
The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living-dining room.
The southeast-facing living room opens onto a spacious sun deck
and garden with an unobstructed valley view of the surrounding meadows, pastures,
paddocks, and forests.
Here, you can unwind from everyday life and recharge your batteries.
The children can let off steam on the large playground and in the courtyard of the Lochau vacation farm.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 06:00 to 10:00.
