Wir waren in Kulmbach um Familie zu besuchen und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt alles was man braucht und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Großzügige Wohnung mit toller Terrasse und sehr guter Ausstattung. Wir konnten am Morgen mit Sonne auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Uns wurde direkt geholfen bei Nachfragen. Stadt kann man fußläufig erreichen.
Der Geruch wenn man die Wohnung das erste Mal betrifft ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, nach ausgiebig lüften wurde es besser. Wir haben eine Nacht verlängert und wir fanden es nicht schön, dass dann doppelte Reinigungsgebühren berechnet wurden, als wäre es eine neue Buchung.

Check in war super unkompliziert durch personenlose Schlüsselübergabe mit Code. Wohnung ist in einem Wohngebiet, mit großem Balkon. Ruhige Lage, modern gehalten und voll ausgestattet. Unsere Hunde haben sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt.
Ich mag lieber härtere Matratzen. Daher haben mir die weicheren der Unterkunft nicht so zugesagt.
