Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Alles, was man wünschen kann an Geräten, ist vorhanden (sogar eine Waschmaschine), dazu gut ausgewählte kleine Küchenvorräte. Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und in jeder Hinsicht entgegenkommend.

Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig und ruhig, direkt an der Wilden Rodach, aber leider ohne entsprechenden Ausblick.
