A central, recently renovated, modern 1 bed/ studio “location” apartment in Brixton (SW2 – London Zone 2).
Set in a historic 90s office (now residential) block, this apartment boasts a high finish with full modern designer amenities with a retro monochrome aesthetic. Home to a local Architect, the apartment has been uniquely designed and arranged for ease of use and enjoyment and rents out as a “location” home for film and videography backdrop purposes.
The space consists of a small entrance hallway leading to a large open living space including desk space, fully operational kitchen with all appliances, breakfast bar and seating for dining and a low-lying double bed. There is a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath and washing machine/ dryer (if required). There is also access to an external balcony from the central main living space that runs the length of the apartment with planting and seating to enjoy.
The apartment has large red industrial south facing windows overlooking a narrow carpark and local resident garden’s – home to local squirrels and parakeets - a surprisingly green view for central London life!

There is direct access to central London in under 10 minutes by Brixton underground tube (Victoria line Zone 2).
