Located In a quiet area but not far from local shops, takeaways and transport links. There is a huge modern living room, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and bedroom for everyone. This chic and spacious house is a great base for any visit to the area and close to Portsmouth, Chichester and Winchester. With off road parking for up to 5 cars, this detached house with a secure wraparound garden is a perfect family home. The family living area with a huge TV and corner sofa acts as a cinema room with Sky TV and Netflix available. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area for family meals. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Our home is perfectly situated in a central location, offering easy access to all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer.
