The property it is located in not a very promising area with not a safe neighbourhood (had the police chasing some gangs for drugs). The interior of the property though, it is quite nice. As expected for £20 /per night( in our case). Fortunately it was very clean, with no weird smells. It is not freshly painted but reasonable condition. The rooms are generously spaced and here and there with modern furniture or finishes. Although it has a way too small loo at the ground floor, the other too were actually pretty nice! Unfortunately, they disappointed through the fact that over the weekend no one answered any of my calls or messages, so we couldn’t sort out the issues. 2 of our cars broke down so had to change them, and of course had to update the car registration numbers in order to get free parking, but no one was to be found! Another frustrating thing was that the fridge didn’t work: it was on, and has set the correct temperature but it warmed up more and more, and by the time we realised it, had to chuck a lot of our food. Again, no person to respond to any of emergencies! The backyard garden needs a bit of TLC, as it is not really a pleasant place to stay and have a chat!
