The pluses of your home: Convenient to NMSU to visit grandson. Super family friendly. Comfortable layout. Flexible on check-in/out times.However, the negatives…Ants, biting and unsanitary. Ants all over kitchen countertops and floor. All over food being prepped, so had to prep on table. I got ant bites/blusters on my fingers.Flies on food with minimal food exposure. Flies waking us in early morning. No screens so no opening windows.No basic supplies like aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, baggies.No cleaning supplies like dish cloths and counter cleanser.Not enough useable toilet paper.Hard to open/close patio door. Needs adjustment so anyone can open/close, kids and seniors like me.No kitchen fan ventilation. When cooking, had to open windows but no screens letting in flies.Alert renters that there is no dishwasher! Had to buy paper plates/bowls.We will be visiting grandson a few times during the school year, but can’t use your place again unless these issues are corrected. I have pictures if you want. Call me if you want.
