House was very nice; newer construction. And can’t beat location. However, amenities were very lightweight: towels, bed sheets, blankets.

Overall great stay! A good assortment of basic cooking ingredients. There are a lot of things overall that could be tightened (i.e. sink, handles, hooks, etc.) Some of the lighting also flickers (i.e. the porch lights, bathroom, bedroom)

We rented for 6 weeks and overall had a satisfactory experience. Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood with good access to everything in Las Cruces.However, when we arrived at property and found house had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, sheets not clean and damp towels on the floor. Contacted owner and he responded about 30 hours later. Offered a temporary unit and to have unit cleaned but by that time we had washed towels and bedding so no need of temporary stay. Owner offer to reimburse cleaning fee and a couple of days rental refund. So far nothing has been rebated.Upon arrival we also had numerous problems with kitchen plumbing and dishwasher. Took two days for owner to respond. Took a couple of visits by a plumber to fix issues. Three weeks later the coffee maker stopped working. Contacted owner, 10 days later a replacement coffee maker was delivered which also did not function.
