Located in Rome, this cozy 66 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 versatile bedrooms. You will find a spacious double bedroom and a second twin room, which can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. The apartment features a functional bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, dedicated workspace, washing machine, and fast Wi-Fi—ideal for video calls and remote work.
You can relax on your private balcony after exploring the city. The apartment is on the 6th floor with an elevator, offering an authentic neighborhood experience during the day.
In addition to welcoming you to the apartment, I bring a great passion for nature and bees. In my free time, I practice beekeeping and produce small quantities of honey and other local products, all natural and without chemical additives.
Pets are allowed on request; events are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and use the air conditioning only with windows closed. Smoking is not allowed inside, but you may smoke on the balcony. Waste separation is mandatory following the provided instructions.

You can explore the nearby Parco degli Acquedotti and Caffarella for walks and relaxation. Food tours, guided visits, and cultural activities off the main tourist routes are available in the area. There is no private parking, but you will find street parking and garages nearby. Cleaning service during your stay is available for an extra fee.
