Avevo bisogno di una casa per relax e per un appoggio per affari, qui ho trovato la mia dimensione. Appartamento silenzioso, condominio top, già dall'ingresso si capisce l'eleganza dei marmi e gli stucchi sui muri. Internet ha sempre funzionato. L'host è stato sempre presente pure con un messaggio di welcome e una bottiglia di vino italiano e uno spicchio di Parmigiano Reggiano. Tutti i sanitari funzionano perfettamente e la doccia era perfetta. La cucina aveva tutti gli accessori oltre piatti e bicchieri. Tornerò sicuramente, consigliatissimo.

Appartamento fantastico! Era tutto pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. Posizione comoda a dir poco: la fermata della metropolitana è a 2 minuti a piedi, perfetta per girare la città senza pensieri. Consigliatissimo!

Casa silenziosa e veramente fresca in queste giornata d’agosto a 44 gradi. La terrazza della cucina veramente rilassante soprattutto la mattina quando ho preso il caffè con una splendida vista. Nel bagno ho trovato il doppio degli asciugamani compreso l’accappatoio per fare la doccia. Poi, L’host mi ha scritto pure se ne volessi altri. Dopo il check in, avevo dimenticato in casa le chiavi del portone, ho chiamato l’host e in 5 minuti mi è venuto ad aprire. Sicuramente tornerò, mi sembrava di essere in Hotel

We stayed here as a family and found both positives and negatives. The location is excellent, with the metro only a 5-minute walk away and great transport connections to the centre of Rome. The apartment is spacious and well suited for a family

However, there were several issues during our stay. The parking situation was unclear, as there was no clear information about payment for the parking area next to the property, so we ended up parking on the street. The neighbours were quite loud, which affected our stay. The air conditioning was also a problem. It only worked properly in the main bedroom. The unit in the second bedroom wasn’t working, and although a fan was provided, it wasn’t enough in the summer heat. The air conditioning in the kitchen caused the electricity to trip whenever it was turned on. Communication with the host was disappointing. I sent a message during our stay but never received a reply. In addition, there was no top sheet provided for the second bedroom, the pillows were noticeably dirty, and one of the TV remotes didn’t work. Overall, the apartment has a great location and plenty of space, but better maintenance, clearer information, and more responsive communication would make for a much better guest experience.
