Positivo: la posizione molto vicino alla metropolitana; la grandezza complessiva dell'appartamento; la tranquillità della zona e la silenziosità del condominio e della strada; la televisione di grandi dimensioni con possibilità di visione di film sulle principali piattaforme on demand; la fornitura di capsule per il caffe e la macchinetta per la colazione.
Negativo: al check-in ci sono state difficoltà (non avevano letto il messaggio nel quale avevamo avvisato della variazione dell'orario di arrivo, alle 20 e non più alle 18, per cui alle 18 in punto ci hanno contattato, mentre noi eravamo in viaggio, e in modo non cortese, ci hanno rimproverati per non aver avvisato e hanno messo in dubbio il fatto che noi avessimo inviato invece il messaggio di avviso; per cui ci hanno messo fretta e ansia per l'arrivo); molto negativa anche la pulizia, in particolare dei bagni e lo stato manutentivo; le foto pubblicate su Booking sono un po' fuorvianti perché da esse l'appartamento sembra nuovissimo e pulitissimo, invece, soprattutto nei bagni ma anche in altri ambienti, ci sono evidenze di obsolescenza (mensole danneggiate, parti arrugginite, ecc..).

Location was perfect, kitchen was nice and a very big TV.
A little dusty under the furniture and kitchen could use a few more necessities like dish soap and stuff but overall great.

Localizada a 5 min a pé do Metro linha A, em rua com comércio, restaurantes, a 10 min a pé do Lidl. Espaçosa, com várias comodidades na casa, secador de cabelo, maquina roupa e louça, forno, cama bebé, ferro, estendal, papel higiénico, detergente louça, ... Prédio com elevador.
Cama um pouco curta, almofadas não muito confortáveis

The location was excellent. Close to many shops and bars and restaurants, very lively area and very close to a metro station (which was very helpful)
There was not enough amenities available to us in the apartment (example: toilet paper, dish soap etc.).
