The granny flat has a separate entrance. It is a new building (2022). The holiday apartment includes a parking space. A 50m² garden with a private terrace will be available from spring 2025. The spacious living room with a built-in kitchen has a total area of 25m². The living room also has a sofa bed for 2 people. A kitchenette with appliances for 4 people includes an electric 2-burner ceramic hob, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a mini-oven. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity, designer mirror, and a washing machine. The bedroom has a 180x200cm double bed, a wardrobe, and a sideboard. All windows of the holiday apartment are equipped with electric shutters and insect screens.
