Comfortable apartment; GREAT location.

Fantastic location, a short walk from the lakeshore, but also close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment was compact (but perfect for 3) with tastefully modern furnishings. Everything was clean and well-maintained when we visited (July 2025). We had some problems with the online payment system, but Sophie from stayFritz was friendly and professional on the phone as she helped us sort this out.

Nothing really. Be aware that the water takes quite a long time to warm up in the shower and basins — just leave it running!

Great location, great apartment with great potential to improve customer service

The location is excellent - 100m to Schliersee Lake with beautiful views. The apartment itself is spacious, nice decor and well equipped. Short walk to the local bus stop where you can connect to nearby towns, which were worth doing, especially Tegernsee. The guest card was handy which provided free bus travel. About a 15 min walk to the train station.

The overall experience could be greatly improved if the host added some personal touches e.g. provided an overview of the area at check in, informed guests of local public holidays, provided local bus schedules etc. On the last day the host very kindly offered to keep our bags which we appreciated. However when we returned to collect, we found the bags outside. Although she explained in a note that she had to attend to an emergency, it would have resulted in an emergency for us if our bags got stolen or damaged in the rain (it rained almost everyday that week) as we had passports and valuables in the bags. It could have been left for safe-keeping in the neighboring guest-house or called us to let us know. I feel that the host shouldn’t offer to keep bags if the belongings and valuables are not going to be respected.

Ich würde die Wohnung wieder mieten

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und die Küche wirklich gut ausgestattet, sodass man alles hat, was man braucht. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der man gerne ein paar entspannte Tage verbringt.

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war die Badlüftung. Der Lüfter geht automatisch mit dem Licht an und läuft auch noch ein paar Minuten nach. Während man im Bad ist – beim Duschen oder Zähneputzen – ist er allerdings recht laut, was etwas störend sein kann. Ein leiseres Gerät wäre hier eine schöne Verbesserung.

Es ist wirklich nicht sauber: Die herdplatte sah aus, als wenn die nach den letzten Gästen gar nicht geputzt wurde. Die Putzlappen waren alt und gebraucht (Essensreste) Fußleisten sind sehr staubig und es sind viele Haare drauf (in der Küche sehr unhygienisch), Es liegen überall Haare herum (es waren schon auffällig viele) Bad war okay sauber, nur muss man sehr, sehr lange das Wasser in der Dusche laufen lassen bis es mal warm wird

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft.

Da wir aufgrund von Wetterbedingungen nicht anreisen konnten bei Zeit, hätten wir uns gewünscht mehr Flexibilität. Denn die Unterkunft war leer auch ein Tag später noch und wir hätten locker verlängern können. Somit mussten wir zusätzlich einen Tag bezahlen und der 1. Tag war verschenkt. Hier wurde stets auf die Stornierungsbedingungen hingewiesen. Ja, Gesetze gibt es-- sie wurden jedoch von Mensch geschaffen um sie auch den Bedürfnissen anzupassen. Daher werden wir nicht wieder buchen. Das Internet hatte schwankungen und ist oft ausgefallen.

!Keine Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt!

Die gute Lage direkt am See und nah am Bahnhof

Mein Sohn & Ich waren hier drei Nächte und würden definitiv nicht nochmal kommen und ich kann hier jedem nur abraten zu übernachten! Positiv ist eigentlich nur die Lage. Gleich am See und lediglich 1 km vom Bahnhof entfernt. Auch die Inneneinrichtung fand ich gelungen, dass war es aber auch schon. Nun zu den negativen Sachen: Es hatte am Tag der Anreise ca. 40cm Neuschnee. Der Eingang zur Wohnung war auch nach dem dritten Tag nicht geräumt und eisfrei. Die Wohnung war insgesamt dreckig. Bereits benutze und dreckige Putzlappen sollte man zum Spülen benutzen. Wir fanden Haare (lang wie kurz) in der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern. Es lag eine große Scherbe am Wohnzimmerboden, an der sich mein Sohn den Fuß verletze! Die Küche ist winzig klein. Es gibt 5! Töpfe und nur eine kleine Pfanne die zudem kaum noch beschichtet ist und somit gesundheitsschädlich ist! Alle Küchenmesser sind zudem stumpf! Zudem hatten wir mehrmals (vor allem abends) kein Warmwasser!!! Das im November...ab und zu kam es nach 5 Minuten laufender Dusche dann warm. Die Wohnung ist zudem extrem hellhörig. Man hört jedes Geräusch aus den anderen drei Wohnungen und jede rauschende Wasserleitung. Auf Nachfragen für einen früheren Check-In (1 Stunde früher) wird gar nicht reagiert. Ebensowenig wie auf meine Beschwerde bzgl. der genannten Punkte.

Es gab kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus

Vermietung erfolgte über stayFritz, was vorab bei der Buchung über Booking.com nicht erkennbar war. Zahlung erfolgte etwas umständlich, ebenfalls über stayFritz, der Code für den Schlüsselsafe wurde kurz vor Anreise übermittelt. Bei Kontaktaufnahme landet man in der stayFritz Hotline und das kann auch schon mal dauern. Die Zimmer waren nicht ordendlich gereinigt. Wir hatten für 3 Personen gebucht, es war aber nur das Doppelbett für Gäste vorbereitet, das Schlafsofa sollten wir auf Nachfrage selber beziehen, leider war keine komplette Bezugsgarnitur vorhanden (es fehlte das Bettlaken) und es konnte uns niemnad ein Laken vorbeibringen, wir durften uns selber im Wäschelager nach fehlenden Utensilien umsehen und wurden fündig. Ein wirklich schlechter Service, der einem telefonisch als, "das wäre ja wohl kein Problem" verkauft wird. Für diesen Preis erwarten wir ein guten Service mit professionellen Ansprechpartnern und eine saubere und bezugsfertige Ferienwohnung, dies war leider nicht gegeben.

Haare, Staub, Essensreste, Hundefutter) - nicht geeignet für Allergiker o.ä. !!! - Schmutzige Putzlappen zum Spülen - wir empfehlen das Geschirr vor Benutzung zu prüfen und ggf. mit eigenen Lappen abzuspülen - Erster Tag kein Warmwasser - Bett sehr weich - Kein Kontakt zum Vermieter - nur über eine Plattform die bei uns englisch war.

Schönes Appartement in toller See-Lage ☺ Nicht sauber genug / Terrasse verbesserungswürdig

Der Johanneshof hat eine tolle Lage zum See (keine 2 Gehminuten, um mal kurz im See zu baden). Das EG-Appartement ist super geschnitten und schön ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem - wir haben gut geschlafen. Ausstattung der Küche war für uns ausreichend. Für Reisende mit Hund ist der kleine Garten angrenzend an die Terrasse von Vorteil, da rundum eingezäunt. Hausstaubsauger vorhanden - Schlauch muss nur in Dose im Flur gesteckt werden.

Wir hatten bisher noch nie ein Urlaubsdomizil, wo ich bei Ankunft erstmal sauber machen musste...... Die Oberflächen in der Küche (Tisch/Dunstabzugshaube) waren staubig und klebrig und in den Brotkörbchen lagen noch Krümmel. Der Esstisch in der Küche war nicht sauber gewischt und der Kühlschrank stank (nach komischem Reiniger?). Für die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers mussten wir erst neue Batterien kaufen, damit sie funktionierte. Bad war okay - mir haben ein paar Ablageflächen gefehlt (könnte man unterm Waschtisch unterbringen). Für den Preis (fast 200€/Nacht) hätte ich mir auf Terrasse eine schöne, bequeme Sitzgarnitur gewünscht - außerdem war die Terrasse so dreckig (Spinnweben, Staub, gemähter Rasen liegengeblieben) dass wir uns das alles mit reingetragen haben. Der Bodenbelag der Terrasse hat uns nicht gefallen. Der bestand aus Waschbetonplatten mit einem Teppich, der eine Kante (Stolperfalle) abdeckte. Die Terrasse lud leider nicht zum Verweilen ein.

Nie wieder Johanneshof in Schliersee

Gute Lage.

Ferienwohnung im ersten OG, steile Treppe. Gewünscht war eine ebenerdige Wohnung, weil unser Hund nicht mehr in der Lage ist, Treppen zu laufen. Das Apartment Haus wird über die stayFritz GmbH verwaltet. Völlig anonymer Service, sofern man überhaupt von Service sprechen kann. Man benötigt einen Identifizierung Code, um den Schlüssel zu erhalten. Es ist jedoch eine Herausforderung, diesen Identifizierung Code zu erhalten: telefonische Erreichbarkeit, extrem schlecht. Wandansage mit der Bitte, das Anliegen in einer E-Mail oder WhatsApp mitzuteilen. Die E-Mail wurde 24 Stunden später beantwortet. WhatsApp Erreichbarkeit nicht gegeben, da Festnetznummer hinterlegt. Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme nach etwa 2 Stunden und circa 15 anrufen möglich. Mäßige Ausstattung der Wohnung. Winzige Küche, kleines Wohnzimmer, winziger Balkon. Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, Siebzigerjahre-Ausstattung, klein und eng. In Küchenschrank standen, ungespülte Gläser und Tassen. Die Fotos auf der Webseite sind irreführend, der großzügige Garten ist offensichtlich Privatbesitz und für gestern nicht nutzbar. Wir hatten zum Glück nur zwei Nächte gebucht, da wir auf der Durchreise waren. Wir sind nach einer Übernachtung abgereist.

Hui und pfui

Super Lage und vom Apartment Aiplspitz schöner Ausblick auf den Schliersee. Parkplatz direkt am Haus ein absolutes Plus. Guter Telefonservice nachdem die Zugangsdaten als Mail bei Ankunft nicht vorlagen.

Leider war es nicht sehr sauber. Die Oberflächen in der Küche (Regale) waren sehr klebrig und überall lagen Krümmel. Im Besen hingen sämtliche Haare vorheriger Besuche. Diese befanden sich auch auf dem Badezimmerboden. Die Krönung war eine benutzte Babywindel unter dem Waschbeckenunterschrank, was definitiv darauf schließen lässt, dass nicht mal gründlich durchgekehrt wurde. Wir hatten zu dritt gebucht. Bettwäsche war nur für 2 bezogen. Diverse andere Dinge sind neben den genannten eher unwichtig. Sehr schade, denn alles in allem ein sehr schöner Ort für ein bisschen Entspannung.

Schönes, geräumiges Appartment mit allem was man braucht, gut ausgestattete Küche (alles war funktionstüchtig und für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend. Super Lage, zu Fuß 3 min. zum See. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr schön und gepflegt. Toll weil auch komplett umzäunt. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sauber.

Wie schon erwähnt, größtenteils sauber. Handtuchhalter im Bad hätte noch eine Reinigung vertragen, Sessel hatte ein paar Flecken und Gläser teilweise nicht sauber (kann man aber natürlich auch selber nochmal spülen) also okay. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas schwierig weil erst nach einigen Anrufversuchen erreichbar aber nach Erreichbarkeit konnten wir sogar früher einchecken.
