Für diesen Preis bekommt mann mit Sicherheit besseres.

Das einzig positive war der Handwerker der den Esstisch notdürftig repariert hat weil er sonst umgefallen wäre. Nachdem wir dem Vermieter Bescheid sagten.

Lage , Preis - Leistungsverhältnis , Sitzbereich außen alte Holzbank und alte Stühle alles bunt zusammen gewürfelt, Sauberkeit innen und Außenbereich oder gepflegter Garten mangelhaft.

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, als Familie ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um den Tegernsee/Schlie

Absolut unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Check in via Schlüsselbox. Alles war super sauber und die Wohnung ist wirklich innen sehr gemütlich und relativ neu.

Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern vorangemeldet aber die Couch war leider noch nicht ausgezogen und vorbereitet. Aber wir haben ein frisches Laken und Bettbezüge im Schrank gefunden und dann war das auch fix erledigt. Der Parkplatz war leider auch zu eng, da die anderen Autos über der Linie standen, haben uns dann direkt vor die Haustür gestellt.

2 erholsame Nächte in Hausham

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und geräumig! Sehr schön ist das Badezimmer und die Küchenausstattung. Sehr gut ist der begehbare Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer. Alles im allen kann man einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind nicht sehr schön! Auch ist die Anfahrt eher mühselig weil es durch enge Gassen geht. Das Bett ist zwar gemütlich aber für ältere Personen zu niedrig. Da sollte man vielleicht mal über ein Boxspringbett nachdenken. Auch ist die Couch [Schlafcouch] durchgesessen.
