Nice location, but could use a facelift

It was a nice location next to the lake, and quiet

The cooktop could not be controlled because it was missing something. As someone who likes to cook it was incredibly frustrating. We could only use the oven.

Ein schöner Ort um zu entspannen

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Die Suite und das Bad war sehr grosszügig eingerichtet, mit vielen Schränke und Schubladen. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem. SMART TV war super!

Leider bekamen wir die Touristenkarte erst nach Anfrage am nächsten Tag. Leider funktionierte die Herdplatten nicht. Auch das sehr nette und hilfsbereite Personal konnte die Herdplatte nicht zum Funktionieren bringen.

Frühstück war hervorragend. Hirschberg Suite einladend und modern eingerichtet. Tolle Lage , direkt am See.

Katze im Sack gekauft - ärgert mich !

Die Nähe zum See, Frühstück war ausreichend

Eine Suite im Keller ? Neben dem Heizungsraum und dem Putzraum....Die Terrasse - ein Loch im Garten mit einer 2,5 m hohern Steinmauer. Fußboden - Laminatdielen haben 1 cm große Spaltmaße - scharfe Kanten - Hausschuhe erforderlich. Das Geschirr vom Vorgänger lag noch in der Gewschirrspülmaschine. Dusche mit Schimmel, Waschbecken - Ablaufgarnitur defekt - hat mich 10 min gekostet den Stopsel rauszubekommen. Wasser läuft aber dann auch nicht ab - genauso wie in der Dusche. Die verdreckte WC Bürste war auch ein Hit. Die Schachtel mit den Kosmetiktüchern war leer. Parkplätze war auch so ein Thema. Mit dem Abräumen von Tischen beim Frühstück war das Personal überfordert - haben wir dann selber gemacht. Im Großen und Ganzen war es das Geld nicht wert. Preis Leistung steht nicht annähernd im Verhältnis. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN !

Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub, es fehlte an nichts.

Es war schön warm und groß, das Frühstück war klasse.

Es gibt keine Rezeption, d.h. Kein Ansprechpartner, alles nur online. Die Appartments liegen im Souterrain, die Terrasse ist umbaut.

Die Suite war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig und lecker, sehr netter Service.

Die Fugen des Parketts waren nicht überall sauber verlegt, hatte aber keinen Einfluss auf unser wohlbefinden.
