Balcony: Communal balcony from the hallway with clothes horse and seating. Also usable for smokers. Garden: Seating and sun loungers on the private lawn, from here free access to the beach with super food. Total living space about 45 sqm

In unfavorable weather, we also offer our guests a cozy lounge on the ground floor for common TV or for a game night together. There is a storage room for bicycles and parking at the house
