The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this house for rent in the town of Clohars-Carnoët, 500 m from the beach, with a surface area of 30 m² and capacity for up to 4 guests. It comprises an 18 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub), and a garden of approximately 40 m². Sheets and towels are included. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful private enclosed garden measuring 40 m²
- A 10 m² terrace with furniture for enjoying sunny days
Common area:
- A shared unheated swimming pool. It is protected by a fence with badge access. The area is open from June 15 to September 15 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions. Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming.
The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.
