Facing the sea and the island of Groix, in residence at the foot of the Grands Sables beach, T2 apartment with terrace of 27 sqm. Living room (sofa bed), kitchenette (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), bedroom (1 bed 2 people), bathroom with toilet.

Formidable terrasse de 27m2 avec vue directe sur la mer.

La terrasse est effectivement le point fort de cette location même si elle partagée avec le logement d'à-côté ( simplement séparée par une cloison ). La description correspond à la réalité mais une photo du placard avec le lave-linge, le lave-vaisselle et le micro-ondes pourrait donner des informations supplémentaires aux futurs clients. Il faut noter quand même que le salon de jardin a déjà de nombreuses années d'utilisation ( simple table carrée en bois d'un mètre sur un mètre ) et une nouvelle table semble avoir été utilisée pour faire de la peinture. Un bain de soleil sur deux était particulièrement rouillé et cassé dès le début. Nous avons également signalé les fils de la bouilloire qui était dénudés sans que celle-ci soit changée.
