House with a pool, 150 meters from the beach

For a relaxing vacation in Pouldu in a 42-square-meter house located in a quiet residential area with a SWIMMING POOL (June 15 to September 15), including two pools, one of which is for children.
The nearest seasonal beaches: Bellangenet at 200 m, Les Grands Sables at 400 m, Kerou at 600 m (for surfers). Along the entire coast, you’ll find small, unguarded sandy coves.
Pouldu has a lot to offer. A family-friendly resort where everyone can find something fun to do: water sports (400 m, sailing, and sea kayaking), scuba diving, fishing, surfing, boat tours, canoeing on the Laïta River (20 km from Quimperlé in a preserved setting), tennis (4 courts, 150 m), horseback riding 2 km away, mountain bike trails, hiking on the GR34 coastal trail between the sea and the unspoiled coastline or forest.
For children, there is a mini-golf course and inflatable playhouses right next to the residence.
Many attractions can enhance your stay: the Île de Groix across the water (in the summer, buses from the port of Doëlan or Lorient), Pont-Aven, the town of painters (20 km), Lorient with its 5 harbors, and picturesque ports nearby (Doëlan, Merrien, Brigneau...).
Simply admire the changing lights on the horizon out at sea (a delight for painters and photographers; be sure to visit, in the town center, the Henry Museum, where many painters stayed, including Gauguin).
For a gourmet vacation, why not buy fresh fish and shellfish directly from the small ports of Pouldu or Doëlan? We can provide you with some good restaurant recommendations. A small welcome gift is offered upon arrival.

Since we often host families with infants, for hygiene reasons, we never accept guests with pets.

First floor: Main room with living area (140 BZ convertible bed, flat-screen TV, some books and DVDs...)
Small kitchen (large electric oven, induction cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, cooker, dishes, various tableware, vacuum cleaner... (a complete list can be provided)
One bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.
ON THE FLOOR: 2 separate bedrooms, one with a small sea view, one with a 160-cm bed and the other with two 90-cm beds, plus a wooden crib.
OUTDOORS: private terrace (garden furniture, umbrella, lounge chairs, etc.), 20m² lawn enclosed by a fence and a gate.
