Everything you need but compact.

The property description is accurate and it is on a “holiday village.” The property is well equipped and clean. There were only two of us but more could be accommodated. The pool was excellent and there are lots of other activities near by for children. The weekend was busy and noisy but weekdays were more quiet. The local shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The only challenge was the steep stairs with a ground floor toilet. Overall good value for money, with helpful hosts and good amenities.

Nice apartment in a lovely village with great beaches nearby and fantastic restaurants , close to loreint and concarnu which are both great places to visit , I recommended going to watch a football match at lorient it's only €6 for an adult and €3 for kids , the town of concarnu is great to walk around with fantastic restaurants and ice creams ! Clean and safe beaches and not rammed with people like you'd get in England , excellent for riding a road bike around and getting the miles in , Will definitely be back to this area !

A very warm welcome and a lovely stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in pouldu! The owners were friendly and gave us lots of information about everything there is to see and to do around the area. The home was clean and included everything we could possibly need during your stay. The garden is surrounded so there is privacy. We also loved the beach. There was a little 'lake' were our children could safely swim without the dangers of the sea. We are actually thinking of returning there next year. Thank you Jean-Yves and Helène!

Très agréable, le logement est confortable, et très bien équipé pour une famille (lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, lit bébé, chaise haute, lecteur dvd...) L’emplacement est idéal, à 5 minutes à pied de la mer dans une résidence agréable avec piscine. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Petit gîte, idéalement placé au abord des magnifiques plages du Pouldu. Dans la location, il ne manque rien. C'est pas très grand mais c'est très bien agencé. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine de la résidence, fermée pour cause sanitaire : maudite Covid !

Petite maison très bien pour notre famille (un couple, 2 enfants et un bébé). Accès direct à la piscine du jardin ; à 5 minutes à pied de la plage surveillée. Il ne manquait rien ou presque (il n’y a pas de sèche cheveux). Accueil par le couple chaleureux. Nous recommandons!

Exactement comme dans l'annonce et les photos. Logement bien situé et au calme, propre et très bien équipé (même en documentations de la région). La mise à disposition du nécessaire pour enfant en bas âge est très pratique et gentil de la part des propriétaires. Le coin est magnifique pleins de beaux endroits à visiter. Et que dire des propriétaires gentils, accueillants, chaleureux et pleins de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez Mr et Mme Brenner.

Location idéale pour un couple et deux enfants dans résidence calme. Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. Gite bien équipé et agréable, très bonne literie! Très belle côte et ses nombreux petits ports pittoresques. Ne pas oubliez l'intérieur des terres avec ses vieux chemins creux qui offrent de belles ballades. A louer sans hésitez.

Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Kindern (14 und 11 J.) für zwei Wochen in der Wohnung in Le Pouldu. Die Nähe zum Strand und die Lage am Pool (geöffnet 10-20 Uhr) sind sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist das Endhaus einer Reihenhauskette, und dabei das Einzige für nur eine Familie (keine Obermieter). Vom kleinen Garten (durch eine Hecke abgegrenzt) kann man direkt zum Pool, der nur für die Anwohner ist (Schlüsselsicherung). Die Ausstattung beinhaltet sehr viel: Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, DVD-Player, TV, Pfannen, Töpfe, Teller sowie vier echte Betten, Badewanne, Fön, zwei Sonnenliegen, etc ... keine Geschirrspülmaschine und kein WLAN (dafür aber kostenlos an der Tourist-Information). Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind oben, Wohnzimmer mit Küchennische und Bad unten. Ein Tisch drinnen, ein Tisch mit Sonnenschirm draußen. Die Anlage selbst ist ruhig. Im Innenhof der Parkplatz, nach außen die Poolanlage. Bäcker im Ort (fußläufig), ebenso die Post und kleinere Läden. Supermarkt in Clohars-Carnoet, 6 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr angenehm und haben sich 100% auf unsere An- und Abreisezeit eingestellt. Kommunikation in Französisch, aber sie haben die Wohnung schon viele Jahre und sind sehr erfahren als Vermieter. Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht mit Küstenwanderung , Museumsbesuch und Zeit am Strand (bei gutem Wetter entsprechend voll), alles zu Fuß. Dazu Ausflüge zu vielen wirklich besonderen Orten in der Region. Hier wird alles geboten für einen sehr schönen Urlaub - besonders bei so schönem Wetter wie wir hatten. Sollten wir noch einmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen!

nous sommes très contents de notre séjour au Pouldu. Beaucoup de balades à faire appartement bien situé. monsieur et madame Brenner sont très sympathiques et très accueillants.

Face plage Bellangenet à 200m. et à 100m. des 4 tennis du Pouldu et du club de voile, dans résidence de vacances, place parking à 15 m. derrière logement. Conforme aux photos (déco salon un peu démondée mais chambres correctes), très bien équipé cuisine et salon de jardin. Petite télé avec chaines TNT et lecteur DVD. Escalier un peu raide, protégé barrière pour enfants, literie confortable, petite terrasse sud idéal bain de soleil protégée vis à vis par haie haute. Tous commerces à 5 kms Bourg de CLohars. Idéal pour départ rando à pied vers chemin douanier ou remontée Laïta. Testé à Pâques un adulte et 3 grandes addo, calme car peu de logements occupés. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Recommande créperie Yannick, rue principale Pouldu, face Grands Sables et repas poisson chez Portier sur le port du bas Pouldu et partie de billard en face. Bonnes vacances

Location très sympa avec tout le nécessaire voire plus. Un très bon accueil des propriétaires, à notre arrivée comme pour le départ. Confortable et tranquille, on le recommande aux petite familles qui cherchent le repos dans un cadre sympathique.

petite maison au confort simple et décoration minimaliste, proche de la piscine partagée et de 2 plages, village du Pouldu charmant avec peu de boutiques peu d'activités et peu de restaurants; beau temps toute la première semaine de juillet. 1 seule chaine de télévision captable
