- Children must be included in the reservation count. Violation results in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
- Bedrooms are opened based on the number of guests registered on Vrbo.
5. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM; no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time.
6. Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.

The inside is nice and has modern amenities. The apartment is close to a train station but it has infrequent service. You can take a bus to a more frequent station. There are lots of sirens at night. The host messages didn’t make sense most of the time, everything they said was extremely confusing. They claimed the garbage that was left by previous guest was left there on purpose for our benefit. They also advertised the apartment as 4 bedrooms, but locked the 4th door, and once we arrived we needed to oddly request the code for it. I really didn’t like the communication with the host at all, every message left me confused.
