🔞 Age Requirement: 18+ to book, government ID required.
🚭 Smoking, Drugs, and Vaping: Not allowed inside and outside the property. A $250 fine will be imposed if violated.
🎉 Parties & Loud Music: No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party or neighbors report complaints/call the police, guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. A $1,000 fine will be imposed.

Very clean areas. We had some with mobility issues that had trouble with the stairs, but that's normal. Kitchen was very nice, but tight for 10 people. Location was perfect for what we wanted to see in Boston. Great to have parking.

This is an upstairs apartment and the kids rooms are on the third floor so the downstairs tennants cannot hear them from the bedroom. This is definitiely spacious, and it was clean. We traveled with 10 total family members and everyone was able to have a bed of their own (2 night stay). All of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had an awesome refrigerator. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but we had what we needed. There is a regular coffee maker and a keurig. There were paper towels, hand soap and dish soap. We ate our main meals out and I heated up breakfast casseroles in the morning (oven worked very well). Bathrooms had awesome showers and great water pressure. They stocked with toilet paper, hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner. We had plenty of towels. The Ashmont subway station is a half mile away, so convenient. (My son in law looked at the wrong directions and it took us longer, but it was an easy walk and we felt safe.) We had a small vehicle and parked in the back (it's tight, so if you have a larger vehicle it will take some maneuvering). The other two cars parked on the street with no issues. The host is very easy to contact and she responds immediately. We all enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely stay here again.

Staying at Jenny’s property was a great experience! Plenty of beds for everyone in my group to get their own (7 us total) and still have a couple of beds left unused. The apartment was very clean, and it is exactly as the photos show. Communicating with Jenny was very easy as she was very prompt in responding to my messages!The location is pretty great, less then 10 minutes away from multiple restaurants and bars down in Adams Village, a short walk to the Ashmont train station, and easy access to the highway if you plan on driving anywhere north or south of the city.Would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place to stay in Boston!

It was great! We loved the house, the kids loved the bunk beds and my daughter loved the tent they had set up. It was in a great location and for the price the quality of the house was more than we could ask for. The only bummer part was that we stayed only one night. If you are looking for a great house in the Boston area here is one for you!
