Located in Waterville Estates offering resort amenities. Discover the beauty of Campton from this 3-bedroom house, with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 full bed. This fantastic property offers plenty of space for guests. Enjoy the convenience of 3 full bathrooms. The home is located within a mountain resort, which has a multi million dollar private recreation center, which includes one outdoor pool and hot tub, one indoor pool and an indoor lap pool. Property comes with two guest passes and additional guests pay admission for the day. The home is close to major ski areas such as Waterville Valley, 10 minutes by car and Loon Mountain which is about 20 minute drive. We are 5 minutes from Owl's Nest. Heading north you will be in Franconia Notch which includes Cannon Mountain and the Flume Gorge in addition to many other attractions. The home is slightly north of the Lakes Region and Lake Winnipesaukee for summer activities. The area offers endless scenic views and opportunities for skiing, hiking, biking, swimming and fishing. After exploring and enjoying our home offer the perfect place to relax. The property is part of Waterville Estates which offers a recreation center with pools, hot tubs, basketball and tennis courts for daily fees.

The house was immaculate, well maintained, has all of the necessary amenities you could need.(including a brand new gas grill and beautiful outdoor furniture on the deck) Everything is brand new and the property is warm, inviting and very spacious. This is our second time staying here and it was once again a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!

This home was absolutely immaculate, and it was decorated beautifully! The bedding and towels are all brand new and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The house is well stocked with everything you need (including a brand new Nespresso machine that makes the most delicious coffee!!). In addition, the host was very responsive and took care of any need we had during our stay. HIGHLY recommend this property. Wonderful experience!!

Great place, very clean and looked just like photos. We had a wonderful weekend and hope to be back soon.Great location and spacious area for family to gather, and then have own spaces when needed.Decor was very cute also.Would highly recommend.
