Ostwind Duplex Apartment – Ocean View, Sauna & Wood-Burning Stove
Our lovingly furnished “Ostwind” duplex apartment offers you the perfect retreat for up to 5 people in approximately 80 m². The location is unique: You’re just a few steps from the beach—ideal for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning or winding down the day with a glass of wine in the evening.
The bright living and dining area, featuring a cozy wood-burning stove and underfloor heating, creates a relaxed vacation atmosphere—even on cooler days. From here, you have direct access to the terrace with a sea view, which is equipped with a beach chair, a hammock, and a seating area.
The open kitchen is fully equipped (glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Senseo and drip coffee makers, kettle, toaster, and much more)—so you can let your culinary creativity run wild.
Two bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements:
First floor: Double bed, small workspace, and TV
Basement: Double bed + single bed and walk-in closet
The large bathroom in the basement is your personal spa area—with a sauna, shower, and bathtub. A washer and dryer are also available.
Additional amenities: private parking space with an electric charging station, shared garden, and high-speed Wi-Fi (Starlink, up to 250 Mbit/s).
