From the balcony, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, watch sailors and kitesurfers—and end the day with a magnificent sunset.

The house is bright, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want, and in the adjoining living area—complete with a wood-burning stove, TV, and dining area—you’ll feel right at home.

Upstairs, three cozy bedrooms await you: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and the third with a pull-out single bed.

Two modern bathrooms—one with a tub and one with a shower—offer comfort for all guests. In addition, a small sitting area with a TV in the upstairs hallway invites you to relax.

Another highlight: the partially covered terrace in the garden, ideal for sunny breakfasts or relaxed barbecue evenings surrounded by greenery.


Property:

Albertsdorf is a small, quiet village about 1 km away from Gold, a paradise for surfers and kiteboarders. Water sports enthusiasts feel right at home here and can improve their skills in courses at the surf and sailing school. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the beach in Gold. There you’ll find one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and kiters.

For swimming, it’s better to walk a little further to Strukkamp, where the water is shallow and free of rocks, and always a bit warmer than in the deep Baltic Sea.

You can enjoy excellent bakery items at the Hofcafé, where you can also have a wonderful breakfast.

The island’s capital, Burg, is only about 7 km away. In Burg, you’ll find all the shopping options, restaurants, a movie theater, gas stations, and doctors you need.
