About this house rental
The exclusive vacation home with a hot tub and sauna
This modern vacation home, built in 2011, was constructed in the Danish style and features high-end amenities. It is located on a low-traffic street just 700 meters from the sea.
With approximately 100 square meters of living space, there’s plenty of room for up to 12 people—four of the sleeping arrangements are intended exclusively for children.
There are 4 separate bedrooms—2 of which have double beds and 2 with single beds—as well as 2 cozy sleeping nooks in loft-style dormers, ensuring you enjoy restful nights.
The two bathrooms feature a toilet, sauna, corner whirlpool tub, and two showers, ensuring plenty of space.
In the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, you’ll find a fully equipped built-in kitchen with everything you need to cook together and then enjoy your meal at the large dining table. You can spend wonderful evenings by the wood-burning stove on the large, cozy corner sofa and the armchairs provided. For entertainment, a satellite TV and music system as well as a flat-screen TV are at your disposal.
On the large south-facing terrace, complete with sun loungers, a barbecue grill, a parasol, and a large dining table, you can relax and enjoy the nice weather on your own 350-square-meter lawn.
Your car will also find sheltered parking in the double carport right next to the house.
Enjoy your vacation right by the Baltic Sea in this exclusive vacation home!
During the shoulder and off-season, we also warmly welcome your four-legged friend!
Your dog is welcome to join you on vacation for a fee of €10 per night, subject to prior arrangement.
***All of our vacation rentals are non-smoking. If you smoke on the balcony or terrace, please make sure the smoke does not drift into the apartment***
