Welcome aboard the "TreibGut"—your floating vacation home.
With about 32 m² of space, the "TreibGut" offers you cozy rooms for relaxing days on the water. The open living area invites you to linger, enjoy yourself, unwind, and take in the view of the water—whether you’re eating, reading, or simply relaxing. Your dog is also very welcome in this accommodation.
The upper and lower decks are particularly lovely; together they offer a total area of 53 m² and invite you to linger, sunbathe, or enjoy social gatherings.
The open galley is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking together—pots and pans included. And when everyone pitches in, the dishes are done in no time.
Do you enjoy eating outdoors when the weather is nice? Then you’ll love the covered terrace on the lower deck. On the upper deck, a beach chair and a cozy sofa invite you to enjoy the sun, wind, and weather to the fullest.
Your relaxation is also taken care of away from the living area: The two bedrooms open separately from the hallway, as do the shower and toilet, which are also located separately from one another—for even more comfort and privacy.
When it comes to technical amenities, we prioritize a good balance between comfort and sustainability. For example, the “TreibGut” features a modern biological wastewater treatment system for all wastewater. An eco-friendly starter kit with soap, toilet paper, and dish soap is provided for your use.
Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and an internet radio with Bluetooth functionality keep you connected to the outside world—ideal for enjoying your favorite music even out on the water.
The “TreibGut” is the perfect starting point for exploring Fehmarn. Whether with the family or as a couple—there’s plenty to experience. Just a few steps from the houseboat is a small beach with a magnificent view of the so-called “Kleiderbügel”—our impressive bridge connecting Fehmarn to the mainland.

The houseboats are idyllically situated in the harbor of the Schaich Shipyard, a small, charming sailing harbor right on the Fehmarnsund. The famous Fehmarn Sound Bridge is just a few steps away—a true postcard view right on your doorstep.
The nearest supermarket (Miramar Campground) is just a few minutes away by bike, ideal for fresh rolls in the morning and everything you need for daily shopping.
Bike trips:
You can cycle to the cozy Lemkenhafen in about 30 minutes
It takes about 45 minutes to get to Orth —a completely relaxed ride along the dike, with no car traffic
The route to Burg, the island’s capital, starts on small roads; from Wulfen, you’ll ride on a beautiful bike trail (about 35 minutes)
Tip: On board, you’ll find cycling maps with more excursion ideas.
