About this house rental
Spend a relaxing few days at the charming Neu Süllitz vacation home, surrounded by the unique landscape of the island of Rügen. Thanks to its peaceful location, you can enjoy pure relaxation, while the lively Baltic Sea resort of Binz is just a five-minute drive away. This makes the house an ideal starting point for both beach lovers and nature enthusiasts.
A special destination is located very nearby: The historic Granitz Hunting Lodge is only about 1.5 km away and can be easily reached on foot via a picturesque hiking trail that begins just about 100 meters from the house. The Baltic Sea is also just a short distance away—after about 3 km, a fine sandy beach and refreshing sea air await you.
If you’d like to explore the island in a nostalgic way, the “Rasender Roland” is just a leisurely 15-minute walk away. You can explore numerous towns on Rügen at a leisurely pace via the narrow-gauge railway.
There are two parking options available for your car in the immediate vicinity of the house—conveniently accessible and just a few steps away.
Pets are allowed for a fee (10 per night & pet cleaning fee of 35 per booking), but with the following restrictions:
Max. 1 pet per vacation rental
House-trained and well-behaved (pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or in beds at our property)
Child-friendly
Dogs are not allowed to relieve themselves on the property
Dog owners are required to immediately clean up after their dogs themselves

The linen package includes the following per person:
Bed linens and a towel package consisting of a shower towel, a hand towel, and a shower mat.
One dish towel is also included per apartment. The linens package is designed for a stay of up to 7 days.
Additional linens or a linen change can be booked at the reception desk of Villa Strandperle, Strandpromenade 3a, 18609 Ostseebad Binz, in accordance with the price list.

The vacation home is 88 m² in size and can accommodate up to 6 people. Two parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home.
Welcome to your 88 m² vacation home, which offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation.
On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a closet, as well as another bedroom with a single bed and direct access to the covered patio, perfect for winding down at the end of the day.
The living room invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings with its cozy couch, crackling fireplace, TV, and free Wi-Fi. The large dining table seats up to six people for a convivial breakfast or dinner.
The modern kitchenette offers everything you need for culinary delights—from a glass-ceramic stove, oven, and microwave to a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
A bright bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer provides additional comfort.
Upstairs, more cozy retreats await you: a bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and an additional TV, as well as another bedroom with a single bed.
