Please note that guests will need to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the apartment. While there is no parking on-site, we recommend the nearby St Martin's Gate Car Park, just a 5-minute walk away, or Cornmarket Car Park, which is also close by. The apartment is finished in a modern style with artistic flare and home-touches to ensure that you are guaranteed to have a marvellous stay.

The kitchen includes, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided.
Living/Dining area -
There is a comfy sofa and smart tv to relax after a long day, plus a breakfast bar and 2 stools.

The apartment was in an excellent location right in the city and close to everything. It was spotless clean and very homely. We didnt use the cooking facilities but there was everything you could need should you want too. The bed was comfortable and warm and the ensuite was great. They had left tra, coffee, milk and sugar and a few toiletries. We had good communication from beginning to end. We would definitely use this apartment again and would recommend.
