The Space
Open kitchen with stainless appliances, tall ceilings, breakfast bar, and tile backsplash. Spacious family room plus formal dining with laminate wood floors. Primary suite features a full bath with garden tub, separate walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. Upstairs game room is perfect for entertaining. Ceiling fans, double-pane windows, and an indoor utility room with washer/dryer.

Outdoor Area & Amenities
Private, fenced backyard with a covered patio. We provide biodegradable body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for guests.
Guest Access & Availability
Guests have access to the entire home except the garage. We’re available by text if you need anything during your stay.
Security & Cameras
For safety and property monitoring, three exterior security cameras are located (1) at the driveway by the garage, (2) at the front entryway, and (3) on the back patio. There are no cameras inside the home. Please do not disable or cover them.
House Rules
Follow neighborhood parking rules and be considerate of neighbors.
No shoes inside the home.
No smoking or vaping in or near the property.
No parties or events—quiet, family neighborhood.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Quiet hours: 10:00 pm–7:00 am.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms; please use the dining area.
Place household trash in the outdoor bins.
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
Supervise children and anyone who needs assistance at all times.
No pets.
Exterior security cameras must remain on and unobstructed.
Report any damage or breakage promptly.
Before checkout: load the dishwasher and take out the trash.
“Campground rule”: leave the home in the same (or better) condition as you found it.
