At check-in, it was immediately apparent that the property was dirty. All downstairs surfaces were coated with a film of white dust, food splatter was visible on the kitchen counters and there was urine left standing in a downstairs toilet. The stairs and upstairs carpeting was visibly filthy, as were all stair rails and landing surfaces. One of the dining room chairs had a leg so loose it had lost structural integrity. There were clean linens and towels, though most bedrooms were without pillow cases and most towels were not in the bathrooms. Some of the dishes and utensils were dirty. There is a ping pong table in the main living area that we found to be easily prone to collapse. We were lucky the children weren’t nearby when it fell. We tripped into an upstairs bathroom only to find that multiple floor planks weren’t attached, just loosely sliding. The toilet seat in that bathroom wasn’t attached, so we avoided it. There are multiple exposed wires and dangling cords in the master bedroom.The house did contain all advertised rooms and was in a convenient location. Daniel, the host, was polite and responsive, though largely unhelpful. We were given a 200 refund that does not begin to compensate us for the cleaning supplies, effort, safety issues or inconvenience.

The house is in a nice neighborhood, and it was quiet. We rented for a basketball tournament and the players LOVED the ping pong table and media room. The primary room is HUGE with a nice adjacent bathroom. We never felt crowded, and the location was just perfect for us to get to the various gyms. You would be moments away from the outlet mall, dining, grocery store and more!

The property manager was wonderful. The few issues that were left by the previous renters were taken care of very quickly. We enjoyed having the 6 bedrooms for 6 couples from out of state. It was wonderful to have family in one big house. Location was great; neighborhood was great. It was the beginning of the heat wave in TX, so that wasn't great, but it was wonderful to have space in suchy a large home.

We were in Round Rock staying with 16 family members for our daughters wedding. (in Hutto) This house was completely set up and ready to go and just like moving into our house we already own. Ping pong table was an added bonus because of the rainy weather. We would have loved to have enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Everyone felt very comfortable with their own room and the kitchen set up is amazing! We hosted a brunch there from Salt Lick and it is so open no one felt like they were blocked off from the rest of the group. I cannot say enough great things about this home.

We came to Georgetown for a wedding and this home served as our out of town guests base for 5 days. It had everything we needed, mostly room to sit, play, and sleep. The expectations were very reasonable The home was well stocked in the kitchen. We had plenty of bath products and even laundry soap. Thanks Daniel, for making our trip a success.

This house was great, very well maintained and the neighborhood was very nice. The ping pong table and the movie room kept the kids and adults entertained all week. The house was laid out perfect for our group of 13 (6 adults and 7 grand kids. The bunny’s in the back yard are a great touch. I would recommend this house to everyone. We had a large family get-together over the weekend, and had ample rooms and beds to accommodate our group of 9 adults and 2 kids. The house was very clean, linens were nice, and it made for a very comfortable and fun weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the ping-pong table, and the large dining table made it easy for meals, games and more. The kitchen is well equipped, has nice appliances. There's plenty of space and areas throughout the house, so we never felt cramped at all. The house is convenient to I-35, in a quiet neighborhood, has room to park 2 cars in the garage and several more in the driveway. There's a nice H-E-B grocery nearby, restaurants, and easy access to either I-35 or the Toll Road. Daniel (owner) was extremely responsive, instructions were comprehensive, we had no issues nor need to call Lauren for anything. It definitely matched the photos, and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this house, and would absolutely stay here again!

We rented the home for our extended family to stay together over the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. It is a very spacious house and so much fun to have us all together. The house is so spacious we never felt crowded.

We had 9 people staying at the house (11 one night) and a party for 35 of our nearest and dearest. This house easily accommodated everyone. The kids loved the home theater and ping pong table which allowed the adults to actually talk to each other. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. The bedrooms are large and the beds were comfortable. We didn't have problems with road or neighborhood noise - it was pretty peaceful. We had a couple of small problems but I still gave 5 stars because the issues were addressed very quickly, professionally and graciously. Little thing that you can't tell from the description. The game room is actually part of the open dining room area which also has the futon couch. There's still plenty of room for playing ping pong so that's not an issue. However, if you plan on someone sleeping on the futon, you should be aware that it's in an open room near the front door.
