About this house rental
Our home is in the amazing city of Round Rock. Round Rock is a fast-growing area with its own charm and unique locations. Round Rock has something for everyone, whether it’s great food, shopping or entertainment, Round has your covered.
Best of all we have the home for you, We Welcome you to stay in our beautiful five-bedroom home that offers an open concept living and dining space. Our home is spacious enough to accommodate large families looking for an opportunity to hangout and relax under one roof. The main bedroom offers a King Size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Our second bedroom houses a Queen Size bed and a 55-inch Smart TV. The remaining 3 bedrooms each have two double beds. Our ample size living room is a nice gathering spot to catch a movie on our 55-inch Smart TV.
Guests will have access to the entire house except for a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.
We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you with all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.
The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the big city.
Being that we are in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.
We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee or host fee on the breakdown.
We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secret is safe with us, and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.
No Shoes in the house.
No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.
No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.
Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!
Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!
ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.
We do not offer late checkouts.
No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.

The house is spacious and was at a convenient location to an event we had at Kalahari. The house was clean. The house is missing basic items. We found 2 iron boards, but no iron. There was only one towel placed in the primary bedroom, resulting in my daughter and I sharing a towel for 2 days. A house that advertises 16 people should have a minimum of 16 towels. 2 of the bedrooms only had deceptive pillows on the beds, resulting in us having to go buy pillows and pillow cases. Would have loved a tv in the primary bedroom, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

The house was so convenient to the soccer complex and to many places to eat and shop. The neighborhood was safe. The house fit our group perfectly with number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We wished there was a door mat when walking into the house. The owners were always available if needed.
