Welcome to our modern and cozy "home away from home" just outside the city of Rome. The cottage offers the fun and relaxation of lake life, but convenient to the entire Rome/Utica region. Kid-friendly and baby-friendly - bring the whole family and enjoy your stay!
This recently renovated 1450 sqft cottage offers a spacious open-concept downstairs area with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room. Upstairs you'll retreat to cozy sleeping arrangements with two bedrooms plus an additional sleeping loft. The house has a full bathroom, two half baths, a laundry area, and a workstation.
DOWNSTAIRS
• Kitchen - fully-equipped for cooking, with pots/pans/knives/etc along with all basics like spices and oil. French door refrigerator, glass top stove, dishwasher, and double sink. Keurig machine and microwave, with complimentary snacks and coffee.
• Dining room - seating for 6, high chair upon request, stone fireplace, board games
• Full bath - clawfoot tub, separate standing shower
• Living room - cathedral ceiling, foosball table, 65 inch 4k Smart TV, couch with seating for 5
• Laundry area - washer and dryer with complimentary detergent
• Half bath with sink vanity and medicine cabinet
UPSTAIRS
• Bedroom #1 - King bed, six-drawer dresser, closet, two night stands, and partial lake views
• Bedroom #2 - Full bed, three-drawer dresser (doubles as a night stand or changing table upon request), closet nook
• Sleeping loft off Bedroom #2 - two twin beds, with balcony door overlooking the living room
• Half bath (tiny but convenient)

• A few miles to Lake Delta State Park (camping, sandy beach, boat launch), and Woods Valley Ski Area
• A few miles to everything in the city of Rome (Fort Stanwix, Griffis Airport and Business/Technology Center, Amtrak Station)
• Under thirty minute drive to Utica, Turning Stone Casino, and southern parts of the Tug Hill and Adirondack regions
