Historic Italianate building fully restored. Conveniently located Behind Stanley Theatre. Local coffee shops, restaurants, and bars walking distance. 3 Bed 3 bath apartment each bedroom has private bath attached. Kitchen is fully stocked to use as well all linens and towls. Private Washer and dryer in unit. Unit is townhouse style so stairs are required for 2 bedrooms upstairs.

We were in Utica to run the Boilermaker. The house is beautifully refinished. Having 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great for our group. We were able to walk to a restaurant for dinner. On the morning of the race we walked to get the bus and after the race we were able to walk back to the rental. Great location! George was great to communicate with and very accommodating with check in and check out times. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
