A group of us stayed at this property while I'm town for a tournament in Utica. The property was extremely clean and definitely well maintained. The owner Joel is very cool dude and very out going. He did everything he could to make sure our stay was comfortable. And his communication was pretty much instant. No waiting for hours or a day for a reply. The location is on a very quiet road but still close enough to every thing you might need. We will be booking this again next year if the tournament comes back to Utica. Thank you again Joel. It was very nice to meet. We look forward to seeing you again!

My family came there from MD for our father’s funeral and the location was perfect. The house was just perfect. Loved that we all had our room with tv and full kitchen and comfortable living room for hanging out. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

This was a fantastic property and Joel has thought trough everything to make it a fantastic set up. We commented as we left that he must have watched videos or read the book on how to create a great VRBO. Good stuff:1. He's very quick on communication and answered a bunch of questions;2. Very easy to check in with a code on the front door. Lights were on and there was a garage door opener on the front table, which allowed me to pull the van into the garage and unload. Given it was the dead of winter, this was a tremendous help;3. The place has obviously been completely redone from top to bottom. EVERYTHING was impeccably done and decorated;4. Amazing extras included: speakers in the bathroom (although we didn't use), fluffy towels, comfortable beds, thermostats in every room, giant TVS, game consoles (didn't use), Keurig with a bunch of pods and flavours to add (again, didn't use so maybe flavoured creams), all new kitchen with everything you could need, attention to detail with everything, GREAT bath/showers;5. Hesitant to praise too much because we'll be back and don't want prices going up! We traveled from Midwest to Boston and this was our overnight. We'll be going back on this route often as our daughter is in college there the next fours years, so we'll be booking again for sure.6. I will also add that I don't think photos do justice to the place. One can't discern the quality and amazing extras and the fact it's so clean, comfortable and new.

We had a short but pleasant stay here! The home is newly renovated with luxury amenities! My group only stayed a night and keep stating we wish we were staying longer! Each of the three rooms were very spacious and a perfect fit for three couples! We were also very impressed with the garage where we fit two cars and very large kitchen. Joel was amazing at communicating with us and provided all essential information! The location is rural but close to many great restaurants and turning stone! Our group would love to stay here again and recommend this home for any families or groups of 3 or more!
