Incredible location - super close to St Mark’s Square, but quiet. Right next to a gondola stop if you want a ride. Incredible canal view from our room. Turns out the canal was the one from the Bridge of Sighs! Location is the redeeming feature!
Aircon in our room didn’t work, despite some initial attempts by staff. They offered us an apartment in a nearby building, but it didn’t have anywhere near the view. The room is very basic in terms of standards & finish, but does include a fridge. No lift in the hotel, so heavy luggage would be a challenge up the stairs (& in Venice in general). No communal, social space so if you’re after a relaxing area away from the room, this isn’t the place for you.

La posizione è davvero strategica a due passi da piazza San Marco e dall'imbarco dei vaporetti. La camera molto pulita e accogliente. La camera ha un bagno con una bella e spaziosa doccia. Bella vista sul canale. puoi fare delle belle foto dall'alto alle gondole e ai taxi veneziani
Assenza della reception (però con Whatsapp i contatti sono stati sempre veloci e puntuali). Qualche volta un leggero odore proviene dal canale, ma credo sia normale visto che la camera è proprio sui canali !

La ubicació i el disseny de l'interior
No hi ha ningú treballant a l'hotel i es fa complicada la comunicació. A la nostra habitació no funcionaven 2 llums i no van venir a arreglar-ho. També els vaig demanar si tenien planxa de roba i servei de bugaderia i no van contestar.
