Convenient location close to all the main attractions, as well as the train and bus stations. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The lady who prepares the breakfasts is kind and sweet, and made us feel very welcome. I will definitely come back again.

Breakfast 45 min late one day and 20 the other day. Coffee cold, food all packaged. Catering staff also rude.

Excellent location in the heart of Venice, in the San Polo district, less than a 10-minute walk from the train and bus stations. Everything is within walking distance, making the whole island easily accessible. The neighborhood is calm, the room was spacious and clean. The staff were very warm, welcoming, and flexible, and they suggested several nice places to visit. We were also able to leave our luggage in the hall before checkin and after checkout, which allowed us to enjoy the rest of the day in Venice without any hassle.

A small downside: the breakfast could be improved.

The lobby area had an odd smell but the actual room smelled totally fine
