Tout était impeccable ! L'emplacement est dans une rue très calme, non loin de la gare santa lucia et à deux pas du campo santa magherita. C'est très propre, agréable et l'appartement est fonctionnel avec sa cuisine et son salon, son air conditionné et la terrasse pour profiter de la nuit moins chaude. On peut laisser ses bagages avant de partir le jour du départ. Aucun problème avec mes voisins de chambre que j'ai peu croisé mais ils m'ont aidé gentiment à expliquer le système d'entrée indépendante et de code. J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour ici !
Pas grand chose, peut-être un accueil sur place de quelqu'un est plus chaleureux mais tout est bien communiqué via booking et WhatsApp

Appartement très bien situé pour Visiter Venise dans son ensemble. Proche de la place Toma pour prendre le bus, ce qui est très pratique. Chambre spacieuse, agréable et nous étions au calme. Cuisine bien équipée, et dosettes de café à disposition. Cuisine et Salle de bain commun, mais qui n'a pas du tout été un problème.
Matelas qui ne me correspondait pas... mais j'ai quand même pû dormir.
