Villa Santai Mentawai

Great location situated near the beachfront; The facility was clean & comfortable, hot water shower available, water dispenser in the room was a bonus & the villa has a wonderful pool. The staff & owner was always around & warming if i needed any help :) Overall great place

Ochotný a vstřícný majitel i jeho zaměstnanci. Součástí ubytování výborný bar a restaurace na pláži. Majitel má i svou pekárnu s výborným chlebem. Zděný prostorný apartmán I pěkný bazén. Zařídil nám vše co jsme potřebovali včetně výletu a odvozu na trajekt. Velká spokojenost. Vřele všem doporučujeme.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was big and super comfy, with a great bed, a large bathroom, and an amazing hot shower. There’s a little terrace where you can sit and relax, plus a water filter and a shared kitchen with a fridge and cooker, which was really handy. The swimming pool is lovely, and you can literally walk on to the beach in second. Directly opposite the owner has a pizza and burger bar and next door to that an Indonesian cafe/restaurant. The owner was so nice and helpful — when our ferry got cancelled, he even looked for flight options to help us leave the island. Such a great place to stay, we’d definitely come back!

Pool was well-maintained and the AC was a life-saver. Couldn’t ask for a better placement beside the beach and local restaurants/cafés. Staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and approachable and the kitchen allowed us to prep our own food and drinks on top of nipping across the road to bar and pop-up shops.
