The rooms were good size and comfortable. A crib for our baby was available. Breakfast had a lot of options and the gym was incredible.
You could smoke inside some of the facilities, including areas of the bar that weren't separated, which was not comfortable with a baby around

It’s clean and staff are great. We didn’t have breakfast as we left too early. A comfortable stay.
The swimming pool is only opened between 12-4, which is a shame. Please think about changing that rule!

Reza the room service/server guy during breakfast was very helpful
Rivaldi the security personnel an awesome guy
Nova the front office guy took 1hr 30min for the checking in, I asked him "if there's a problem".. half way while waiting he said NO but yet he took so long at least he could have let us know if he encountered any issues. At first there wasn't any guest yet... soon more came and they got their rooms first, I asked why he said " u asked for 3 rooms on the same floor"... which I didnt
I did ask for connecting rooms but since he said its not available I'm prepared to be given
rooms at different levels. We arrived at 3pm got the 3 rooms at 4.30pm
