Lokasi baik, hotel bersih dan nyaman, harga murah, tapi resepsionis hotel berusaha menolak kami dg alasan kami belum bayar, padahal pemesanan kami lewat Boking.com bayar pada saat check in dan pemesanan kami sudah dikonfirmasi untuk 4 malam oleh boking.com, kata pihak hotel kamar sudah dijual karena saya belum bayar, setelah saya bilang kalau pihak hotel tidak beri kami kamar hotel ini kena sanksi di blacklist dari boking.com, akhrnya mereka memberi kamar pada kami😁.
