Sky Apartment Salerno

The apartment is great. Everything inside, from furniture to appliances and interior finishes are high quality, Indeed, as other users said, the toilet has no seat, which is weird, but it„s not a problem. It works great without it. Also, I think it„s a thing in Italy not to have seats on their toilets. Other then that everything is perfect. Even the internet works better then I`ve expected (over 500 Mbps). The building is close to train station and bus stations, in a very quiet area, where you can find stores, bars and restaurants.

Oh boy. While everything about this apartament is great, there is one big thing that it`s bad.... to say the least. And that is the comunication with the owner. It`s like he hate talking to people or something. We only got 1 message from him, telling us when we can check in and where can we find the key. So, the keys are at a bar 150 meters from the building. Which is not a problem... unless the bar is closed when you get there. That happened to us. Even though we got there in the interval that was specify in the message (before 19:00 pm). We had to stay in front of a closed bar for more then an hour until we could got the keys. After almost 12 hours on the road (plane, train and buses), with luggages, in the summer heat, with sweat pouring on our faces, we stood there not knowing when or even if the guy would show up to give us the keys. In this time, despite our efforts to contact the host, we got no replay from him. He just ignores you. And he ignored us even when we had to leave and we asked him what should we do with the keys. In the end we left them back to the bar. Not sure was the right thing but we got no other info. This lack of comunication can be a problem if someone encounter an issue while in the apartament (maybe a water pipe broke or the gas boiler start running wild for exemple). You are on your own. I simply can`t understand why the host choose to be like that! And it`s a shame since the property is great!

Гарне розташування біля вокзалу і порту (пішки 10 хвилин). Гарний вид з вікна. Поряд супермаркет. До набережної пішки 10 хвилин. Апартаменти чисті з чистою постільною білизною.

Трохи засмутило зламане ліжко. Не знайшли кухонного ножа. Відсутня мікрохвильова піч. Комунікація з власником лише італійською, на англійську не відповідає . Проблема з пізнім заїздом. Ключи потрібно забирати в барі неподалік. У нас затримали рейс, і ми проїхали пізно, ключі взяти не було де. На одну ніч бронювали інший отель, хоча апартаменти були оплачені.

L’appartement était très propre, bien placé (À proximité du centre ville et de la gare) et bien équipé.

La communication avec le propriétaire pour la récupération des clefs (et check-in) ainsi que le checkout fut poussive. Plusieurs relances par Booking et Whatsapp pour finalement récuperer les clefs dans un bar à coté du logement et les laisser à une femme de menage (très agréable) au moment du départ.
