Die Lage im Bezug auf den Bahnhof ist sehr gut. Zu Fuss benötigt man etwa 15 Minuten. Einzig die ca. 50 Stufen kurz vor dem Apartment sind für manche vielleicht eine Herausforderung mit Gepäck. In die Altstadt braucht man etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Übergabe und alle anderen Absprachen haben sehr gut geklappt und mein Host hatte auch sonst viele gute Ratschläge. Internet ist, im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung, vorhanden und funktioniert sehr gut.
Durch die Lage an engen Gassen ist die Wohnung ein wenig dunkel, mich hat das jedoch nicht gestört. Zwei Supermärkte, eine italienische Bar und ein Obsthändler sind weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.
Die Dusche ist in die Badewanne integriert, d.h. man muss über den Rand steigen können.
Luxusproblem: ein etwas höherer Wasserdruck in der Dusche und die Möglichkeit stärker durchzulüften wären toll

Apartamento muy bonito y nuevo tal y como se ve en la foto, y bien equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar en la cocina y en el baño. Limpio. Buenas indicaciones para recoger la llave y poder entrar, aunque sin contacto personal.El contacto con el chico por WhatsApp que te resolvía dudas en el momento. Cerca de la estación de tren y con supermercados cerca.
La calefacción calienta muy bien la parte del dormitorio, zona alta, pero la baja no.
