Femme de ménage qui entre balaie , nettoie salle de bain et planchers et s’en va Donc , vrai nettoyage jamais fait Le propriétaire aurait intérêt à visiter avant chaque location Manque de literie, linge de maison en quantité insuffisante Le karma se sème jour après jour , triste car vraiment bel et bon appartement. Cuisine batterie et ustensiles à reviser entièrement et connexion eau chaude pour cuisine pour laver la vaisselle Installation d’un meuble sur le mur de cote dans le salon pour cafetière et micro-ondes ainsi qu’un espace de travail ( comptoir pliant ) sur le mur de la cuisine enlever le petit bureau Monsieur vous avez encore une chance d’être loué encore plus souvent débarrassez vous de votre femme de ménage et faites les mineures modifications qui s’imposent Surtout occupez-vous de votre investissement

First and foremost, the location is fantastic. It is incredibly convenient, with everything you need just steps away: the main bus stop, shops, the city center, and the train station are all within easy reach. This made exploring the city effortless. The apartment itself was clean, and we appreciated the excellent kitchen facilities which were a pleasure to use. A special mention must go to the wonderful host. They were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always available to answer questions and ensure we had a great stay. The host's excellent communication and welcoming nature truly made the difference.

The only thing that slightly detracted from the experience was the shower. Currently, it is only a rain shower (overhead/tropical style). It seems the mixer/faucet needs to be replaced, as the water sprays erratically in every direction. It’s impossible to shower without getting your hair wet, so be sure to bring a shower cap! Addressing this plumbing issue would make the apartment absolutely perfect.

The location is nice. Next to the train/bus station. Also really close to the supermarket.

It wasn’t very clean. The blankets, towels, and bedsheets had stains on them, and there was hair on one of the pillows. When I told the owner about it, he said that someone would come and replace everything. The person did come, but they didn’t speak English, so we had to use a translator - which was fine, but it made it difficult to explain the problem properly. After I mentioned that I didn’t want to use items with stains on them, the response I got was, “They are clean, so what if they are stained?” - which I don’t think is an appropriate answer. We had to go through all the items (towels, pillowcases, linen, and blankets) ourselves to find ones without stains, but even then, everything still had some marks on it. Another problem is that the apartment description says it has a balcony - which is true - but it faces another building, so there’s no sunlight coming through the window. Because of that, it smells a bit like a basement, and the humidity is quite high. The shower was another issue. You can’t adjust the showerhead because it’s blocked, and the water doesn’t flow properly - it sprays everywhere except where it should. You get completely wet even when you don’t mean to. Also, the shower cabin was covered with mold. In the kitchen, there was no hot water, so we had to wash the dishes in cold water - and some dishes were already dirty when we arrived. Overall, I didn’t get the feeling that the apartment was properly cleaned or prepared for guests.

It is a very beautiful and comfortable appartment. The location is good, it is on a big street and close to the train and bus stations.

There were a few problems with the cleanness, but nothing worrying. Other than that everything was great and I would definately recommend!
