The room is spacious, it has all the facilities we need, including washing machine. The neighborhood appears to be safe and is quiet. The host is friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
The distance to old town is just a bit far, requiring 30 min to walk to the far end, so the location requires more exercise than usual, to visit the famous sights. Otherwise, nothing negative comes to mind because everything is fine.

Большая просторная чистая светлая квартира. В настоящем, старом доме пошлого века. Паркетный пол. Большая, удобная кровать. Большая кухня-гостиная. Удобный кухонный стол. Большой диван. Есть душ, стиральная машинка, большой холодильник, посуда - электрический чайник, кастрюля, сковородка, тарелки, кружки, ложки, вилки, ножи. Интернет хороший. В спальне тихо, окна выходят во двор. Кровать двуспальная с хорошим матрасом и хорошим постельным бельём. Сантехника исправна, все хорошо работает. Напор воды в душе прекрасный. Слив работает хорошо, вода не застаивается, быстро уходит.
Маловато розеток, но есть удлинители.
