It might be one of the best locations in the city. I had to book an apartment late in the afternoon (18h), and it was ready by the time I got to the city at 23h. The host was pretty fast to react, which is highly commendable
It can get a bit stuffy, and some leftover cigarette smoke can be smelled. But, for the ease of access and location, it is manageable. With those issues aside though, I do not think there many better places, for the price, in the city

Great location! It had all the bare necessities that I needed for a two night stay. It was quiet, despite being next to a main road. Good value for the price.
It could have been a bit cleaner. I could not get the heater to work, which might be an issue on colder days, so I would recommend changing it.

Loved how soundproof the place is, considering that the window faces a small noisy square. The location is great as well, there is a mall across the road. There is a kitchen with everything one may need for cooking.
Barely any usable power outlets in the apartment. I had to move the table closer to one to be able to use my laptop.The bed is a bit inconvenient because it's very short, almost like a mattress on the floor.
