Odlična lokacija, izuzetno prostran apartman, vrlo praktično preuzimanje i vraćanje ključeva, jasne upute domaćina, udobni kreveti, parking dostupan u ulici.

Neodržavanje apartmana (zavjesa oko kade neupotrebljiva, jer je nosač zavjese ispao iz zida, kuhinjska slavina nije pričvršćena, voda kapa iz slavine u WC-u), dojam čistoće (posteljina čista, ali s grumenom kose koji je nastao u pranju i nije uklonjen, nakupljena prašina i sl.).

Large and inexpensive apartment in a very good location when it comes to infrastructure including shops and bakeries or cafes. The area is reasonably quiet even though buses and trams stop around the corner. Also bus and train main stations are in walking distance. The owner is very friendly and provided us with a lot of information for first arriving in Sarajevo. The appliances are old but working. For cold days there are electric heaters.

It’s very worn down and patchy. It looks like someone inherited their grandparents flat, left or replaced what was absolutely necessary and removed the rest. There are several tubes sticking out of the walls and badly patched holes in the walls, sometimes with cables in them. The ventilators are only partially working. The shower is borderline unacceptable and the curtain is far too short. And to make matters worse, the unavoidably spilling water went straight through the floor wich is the below tenants‘ ceiling, flooding their bathroom, too. All in all the apartment‘s appearance is not pleasant.
